SLiM Job Launcher

The SLiM Job Launcher is an application that launches simulations in SLiM, an evolutionary simulation framework. SLiM Job Launcher can only be run on the CPU.

Launching SLiM Job Launcher

In the top navigation bar, click Interactive Apps and choose SLiM Job Launcher. Fill out the resource form:

• Project ID / Account: your CAC project name. The project must be enabled for Seneca access.
• Partition: CAC_CPU only
• SLiM File Path or SLiM Code: Either the path to a .slim script on Seneca, or the SLiM Code pasted into the text box.
